Tambo International Airport, return airport transfers, luxury accommodation, meals and snacks, soft drinks, coffee, tea, bottled water, daily laundry, professional hunter, hunting vehicle and fuel, hunting staff and trackers, field preparation of trophies, Wi-Fi where available, and government VAT where applicable if included in pricing.

Can international hunters bring rifles?

Yes. International hunters can bring rifles with the correct paperwork, and Waidmannsheil Safaris assists clients with the permit process. Rifle hire is also available at $40 per day.

Are non-hunters welcome?

Yes. Observers are more than welcome. They can spend time in camp, join the hunt, or take arranged day trips if they want to explore while hunters are in the field.

How do I request a quote?

Use the package quote form, contact page, or custom safari builder. Gerhard will confirm species, dates, and final pricing.

What airport do clients fly into?

Clients fly into O. R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa. Meet and greet plus return airport transfers are included.

How does trophy export work?

After the hunt, trophies are professionally field prepared and transported to a trusted South African taxidermy or dip-and-pack facility. Clients can choose dip and pack for export to their home taxidermist, or full taxidermy in South Africa. Waidmannsheil Safaris works with experienced taxidermists and international shipping agents who assist with veterinary documentation, export permits, quotations, packing, shipping, and delivery.

What animals can I hunt?

Available species and approved prices are listed on the Animals page. Species remain subject to availability, quota and applicable permits.

What is the best hunting season?

South African hunting is commonly planned in the cooler, drier months, but the best date depends on target species and availability.
